Absher tops government digital platforms in 2026 digital maturity index

The Ministry of Interior's Absher platform has topped the 2026 Digital Experience Maturity Index, according to the Digital Government Authority. This is the second year in a row that Absher has claimed the top position, achieving an impressive overall score of 94.38 percent. The index evaluates digital maturity on four key factors: user satisfaction, user experience, complaint handling, and the utilization of technologies and tools.

Absher excelled in user satisfaction, scoring 95.14 percent, followed by a user experience score of 94.18 percent and complaint handling score of 95.70 percent. The annual Digital Experience Maturity Index serves as a benchmark for assessing the maturity of digital experiences on government platforms and aims to foster their development, with the goal of improving service quality and user experience.
