Some of the top transfers in college football includes plenty of guys who followed their coaches

This season's top college football transfers often followed their former coaches to new schools, seeking familiarity and continuity. Eric Morris, the former North Texas coach, took over the Oklahoma State program and brought 21 of his former players with him, including 18 who were with him the previous season. Among them is Drew Mestemaker, who threw for a Bowl Subdivision-leading 4,379 yards the year before, and expressed his confidence in Coach Morris.

John Henry Daley, who recorded 11.5 sacks at Utah, moved to Michigan under coach Kyle Whittingham, and later joined Penn State under Matt Campbell. Becht, a three-year starter at Iowa State, arrived at Penn State with 9,274 yards and 64 touchdowns under his belt, excited to play for Campbell and join a great coaching staff at a great university.
