Osun Election: I’m incoming governor – APC candidate Oyebamiji

Munirudeen Oyebamiji, the candidate for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State's upcoming gubernatorial election, declared himself as the incoming governor of the region. This announcement was made during a Town Hall meeting held in Osogbo, the state's capital city. Oyebamiji expressed his determination to serve the entire people of Osun, emphasizing that governance is about serving all citizens rather than focusing on specific areas or segments.

The APC candidate highlighted several key priorities for his potential administration, including improving the welfare of the populace, enhancing security, addressing hunger and poverty, and investing heavily in agriculture, education, and healthcare. Oyebamiji stressed that the human asset of Osun is crucial and that his administration will focus on their well-being and capital development.

Oyebamiji's statement came amidst the backdrop of the state's gubernatorial election scheduled for Saturday. His main rival in the race is Governor Ademola Adeleke, who is seeking a second term on the platform of the Accord Party.
