NASFAT holds special prayer for Oyebamiji

On Sunday, the Nasrul-Lahi-l-Fatih Society (NASFAT) Osun Zone held a special prayer for Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, the APC governorship candidate in the upcoming election on August 15. The event took place at the NASFAT Asiwaju Khamis Olatunde Badmus (NAKOB) Central Mosque in Dagbolu, Osogbo, in collaboration with NASFAT's National Headquarters.

Ajiroba Maruf Adedokun, Vice President II of NASFAT Worldwide, clarified that while NASFAT does not align with any political party, they organized the prayer for Oyebamiji, as he is one of their founding members. Adedokun emphasized that their intention was to support Oyebamiji personally, not as a party, and they seek his success in the election.

The event attracted a large crowd, including prominent leaders of the Islamic organization. Following the prayer, over 50 members of the organization benefited from NASFAT's empowerment program. Alhaja Sekinat Oyebamiji, the candidate's wife, distributed N50,000 to each beneficiary, drawn from various branches of the society across Osun state, in the hope that Allah would accept the act as worship and facilitate Oyebamiji's victory as Governor.

Munirudeen Oyebamiji expressed his gratitude to NASFAT members and leaders for their support. He pledged that his administration, if elected, would prioritize the people and ensure good governance in Osun State. He promised that Christians, Muslims, and other religions would enjoy his leadership should he win the election.
