Nana B begins campaign tour in Ashanti region as he eyes NPP 1st Vice chair position

Henry Nana Boakye, the National Organiser for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has launched his campaign for the position of National 1st Vice Chair, commencing in the Ashanti Region. Mr Boakye selected the Ashanti Region as the starting point due to its historical significance to the NPP and his personal connection to the area. During his campaign tour, he held meetings with delegates from 12 different constituencies, aiming to share his vision and garner their support for the party's upcoming internal election.

Mr Boakye also interacted with members of the party's Regional Communications team, television and radio callers, and social media team members. He emphasized the crucial role these groups play in communicating the NPP's message across various platforms and acknowledged their tireless efforts. The meetings, Mr Boakye stated, have left him inspired by the dedication of party members to revitalize the NPP and secure its return to political power.

Speaking about the future, Mr Boakye highlighted the importance of reorganizing and energizing the NPP, stating, "The journey to re-organise, to re-energise, and to lead the NPP to more victories begins now, and it begins at home." He expressed his gratitude to the party members for their warm reception and support during his engagements in the Ashanti Region, noting that the region has clearly signaled its commitment to a stronger and more organized NPP in preparation for the party's next electoral contest.
