Najran launches 15 investment opportunities via Foras platform

Najran Municipality has announced 15 new investment opportunities across various sectors through its municipal investment platform, Foras. The deadline for applications is October 6. The opportunities span sectors such as hotel and tourism, residential, commercial, sports, entertainment, healthcare, industrial, and service. The projects are spread across different locations within the municipality.

The initiative aims to foster partnerships with the private sector and boost tourism and service development in the region. In the hotel and tourism sector, there are projects for hotel construction, operation, and maintenance on plots of varying sizes, as well as the establishment of a tourist camp resort. Other opportunities include developing residential complexes for chalets, mixed-use residential and commercial buildings, a multi-use facility, and a medical clinic.

Industrial workshops and service sector projects are also part of the package. Investors and entrepreneurs are invited to review the investment details through the Foras application and submit their bids at the Bir Askar Municipal Center before the deadline.
