Inkues kematian murid 10 tahun di sekolah bermula 14 Sept

Koroner Tasmin Abu Bakar has set the seven-day time frame for the inquest examination of the death of a 10-year-old boy found unconscious at a school in Senawang in October last year. The inquest proceedings are scheduled to take place on September 14 and 21, as well as October 5 to 7 and 21 and 28, with sessions commencing at 2:30 pm.

Prior to today's hearing, inquest officer Norazihah Asmuni stated that 51 witnesses will be summoned to give testimony, including teachers, students, and the victim's peers. At the current hearing, the victim's parents, Muhammad Hafizuddin Abdullah, 41, and Zuzita Murib Sagita, 40, also attended the court. The victim's lawyer, Muhammad Yazid Mohamad Salim, has submitted two requests, namely allowing the parents to examine the witnesses and requesting copies of relevant documents to be provided to his office.

The Chief of Police for Negeri Sembilan, Alzafny Ahmad, had previously stated that the cause of the 10-year-old boy's death, found unconscious at a school in Senawang on October 1, was due to pressure on his neck. The post-mortem examination conducted at the Forensic Medicine Unit of Hospital Rembau also found no other injuries on the victim's body.
