Did PH leadership discuss PN, Bersatu alliance, DAP man asks Amirudin

A DAP leader has called on Pakatan Harapan (PH) election director Amirudin Shari to provide clarification regarding the coalition's potential alliances with Perikatan Nasional (PN) or Bersatu. Ramkarpal Singh, DAP's deputy secretary-general, also inquired whether the matter had been discussed or decided within the PH presidential council.

He maintained that the DAP had never deliberated on these alliances, emphasizing that such decisions must be thoroughly discussed among component parties before any announcements are made.

The deputy MP stated that he was unaware of any such stance from the DAP and affirmed that the matter has not been raised at any level within the party. He urged the clarification of the issue promptly to prevent any confusion that may arise. Ramkarpal Singh further noted that DAP cannot currently form any cooperation with PAS, the chair of PN, especially after PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang made baseless allegations against DAP.

He believed that these unfounded claims further prove that cooperation between the two parties is not possible at this time. Amirudin had previously mentioned that PH had not ruled out cooperation with PN or Bersatu, highlighting the importance of upholding political stability and the people's interests.
