Teletrac Navman names Sharma Vice President of Product Management

Teletrac Navman, a global connected mobility platform, has appointed Pankaj Sharma as their new Vice President of Product Management. Sharma, boasting over 15 years of experience in building and scaling product teams for SaaS, AI, machine learning, and platform businesses, has recently left Platform Science (Trimble Telematics).

At Platform Science, Sharma was instrumental in launching AI-powered analytics and safety solutions, expanding Electronic Logging Device (ELD) offerings, and overseeing product integration post-acquisitions. He has also held senior product leadership positions at Verra Mobility, Michelin Connected Fleet, and Verizon Connect. Alain Samaha, President & CEO of Teletrac Navman, expressed his excitement about Sharma's appointment, highlighting his track record of driving revenue growth and bringing innovative, customer-focused solutions to market.

Sharma's expertise will prove valuable as Teletrac Navman continues to expand its product offerings. The company recently launched Energy Hub, a solution within its TN360 fleet management platform that provides a unified view of energy usage across mixed-energy fleets. Additionally, Teletrac Navman has introduced an Electronic Braking Performance Monitoring System, an alternative to traditional roller brake testing, as part of its automated compliance product line.

Sharma expressed his enthusiasm about joining Teletrac Navman at this crucial juncture, stating his commitment to working with the team to develop products that address real-world challenges for customers and propel the business into the next phase of innovation. Sharma will be based in Atlanta.
