According to NFL reporter Aaron Wilson, the Packers claimed Chris Hilton Jr. off waivers from the Washington Commanders. Hilton ran a 4.41-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine, giving him a fast profile. He previously played for Washington as an undrafted free agent after five seasons at LSU, where he amassed modest production but showcased explosiveness.

Additionally, the Packers worked out rookie Devin Voisin from South Alabama, who had 2,133 receiving yards in his college career. Both signings come as the Packers take a closer look at their receiver depth chart, with injuries to Jayden Reed and Matthew Golden creating more opportunities for development.
