BIGBANG to release new single on 20th anniversary

K-pop sensation BIGBANG is set to unveil a brand new digital single on August 19 in celebration of its 20th anniversary since its debut, according to YG Entertainment. The track, titled "BiiiG," will be the group's first new release in over four years, following their previous single "Still Life" in April 2022. The agency lauded "BiiiG" as the most representative song of the group's current stage, marking its 20th debut anniversary.

They expressed their hope that fans will eagerly anticipate more musical diversification from BIGBANG, a band that has meticulously crafted its unique musical universe over the years.

BIGBANG, which debuted in 2006, has been a prominent force in the second-generation K-pop scene, delivering chart-topping hits such as "Lies," "Last Farewell," "Haru Haru," "Fantastic Baby," and "Bang Bang Bang." The group will commence its new world tour, "XX: Cosmos," at Goyang Stadium in Goyang, a northern suburb of Seoul, from August 21 to 23. This tour will feature 33 performances across 19 cities in North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia.
