BIGBANG to release new single on 20th anniv.

Big Bang, the renowned K-pop idol group, will release a new digital single, titled "BiiiG", on August 19th to commemorate their 20th debut anniversary. The announcement was made by their agency, YG Entertainment, on Monday. This will be the group's first new release in four years and four months, following their comeback album "Still Life" in April 2022.

Big Bang's agency expressed their hope that fans will eagerly anticipate the group's return, noting that the new song "BiiiG" represents the group's current state, marking its 20th debut anniversary. The agency further added, "We hope you look forward to another musical spectrum from BIGBANG, which has built its own musical world over many years."

Big Bang, which debuted in 2006, is one of the leading groups of second-generation K-pop. They have produced numerous hits, including "Lies", "Last Farewell", "Haru Haru", "Fantastic Baby", and "Bang Bang Bang". In addition to the release of "BiiiG", the group will also embark on a new world tour, "XX: Cosmos", starting from August 21st. The tour will span 33 shows across 19 cities in North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia, commencing at Goyang Stadium in Goyang, located in the northwestern suburbs of Seoul.
