A recent study by MoneySuperMarket has ranked cities worldwide based on customer service in the hospitality and leisure sectors. Edinburgh, Scotland's capital, emerged as the top city, with 59% of reviews highlighting friendly and helpful staff. Following closely in second place is Hanoi, Vietnam, where 58.6% of online reviews praised the city's service and staff.

Liverpool, Paris, and Dublin rounded out the top five, showcasing their welcoming atmospheres through consistent positive feedback. Montreal and Vienna secured the sixth and seventh positions, respectively. The rankings continued with Abu Dhabi at number eight, Birmingham at nine, and Bristol closing out the top ten. These findings underscore the importance of exceptional customer service in creating memorable experiences for travelers across the globe.
