HMWSSB Citizen Services app restored

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) has restored its Citizen Services mobile application following a temporary technical disruption that affected water tanker bookings. The issue caused inconvenience to users and was identified and resolved by the Board's technical teams. All functions of the app are now operating normally, officials stated.

Water tanker booking services remain accessible through Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) and the official website. The Board emphasizes that terms and conditions must be adhered to in English, using full sentences. Comments must be respectful and not abusive or personal. The community guidelines are strictly enforced.

HMWSSB has migrated to a new commenting platform, and existing registered users can continue engaging with articles. Users without accounts are encouraged to register and log in to post comments. Older comments can be accessed by logging into accounts on the new platform, Vuukle.
