The Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 train passed through Yongsan Station without stopping on the 19th, as protesters from the Korea Disabled People's Association staged a demonstration. Around 10:30 a.m., some members of the association, wearing orange vests, entered the station and began shouting slogans, demanding that the government increase the disabled budget. The protesters then moved to the platform and blocked the train from stopping at the station. As a result, the train, which was scheduled to stop at Yongsan Station at around 10:35 a.m., passed through the station without picking up or dropping off passengers. The train, which was headed to Incheon, departed from Seoul Station at 10:05 a.m. The Korea Disabled People's Association had previously announced that it would stage protests and demonstrations in various parts of the city, including Yongsan Station, on the 19th to demand that the government allocate more funds for the disabled.
