Amirah Salihu, a nurse and captor survivor from the February 3 terrorist attack in Kwara State, recounts her harrowing experience of delivering 10 pregnant women's babies bare-handed. She shared this account on Channels Television's Politics Today, detailing the poor conditions and inadequate sustenance she and her fellow captives endured.

Salihu, who declined the terrorists' offer to remain with them, also revealed the loss of her two brothers during the attack, attributing it to their father's resistance against the invaders. The victims were among the 176 abducted during the incident, with 13 children losing their lives and 12 remaining missing. On her return, Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq welcomed the freed captives and expressed gratitude to President Bola Tinubu and the military for their efforts in the rescue operation.
