You may soon be able to create and export custom WhatsApp stickers straight from ChatGPT

OpenAI is developing a feature that will enable users to export custom stickers created on ChatGPT and directly export them into WhatsApp. Here are the details. Stickers are small images often used in messaging apps, similar to emojis or GIFs, and can be organized into packs. WhatsApp has its own AI-powered sticker creation feature, which generates images from text prompts using Meta AI.

OpenAI is reportedly working on a similar sticker creation feature for ChatGPT. The latest version of ChatGPT's Android app includes strings related to creating, exporting, and downloading stickers. These strings indicate that ChatGPT Stickers will allow users to add their created stickers to chat apps, with a current focus on WhatsApp.

Upon tapping the "Add to WhatsApp" option, users can add their stickers to WhatsApp as a custom sticker pack. The requirement of a minimum of three stickers aligns with WhatsApp's own rules.
