General Manager of Bolt Food, Ali Zaryab, noted that ordering frequency is rising, with food delivery becoming a regular part of consumers' weekly routines. Weekday lunches have seen a 15% increase, while mid-week dinner orders have grown by 25% in the last six months. Additionally, the average ordering frequency has grown by 22%, signifying that more consumers are incorporating food delivery into their everyday lives.

This shift benefits restaurant partners by generating consistent demand throughout the week, moving away from peak periods.
