'Rinku Singh and...' - R Ashwin names two players Mumbai Indians should sign from KKR if they trade Hardik Pandya

Former India spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has suggested that the Mumbai Indians should demand Rinku Singh and Harshit Rana from the Kolkata Knight Riders if they decide to trade star player Hardik Pandya. Ashwin, who has been the captain of Mumbai Indians for three seasons, believes that a trade should only be considered if the Mumbai Indians receive both Rinku, a valuable middle-order batsman, and Harshit, a promising young pacer.

Although he acknowledges that other franchises like Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders are potential destinations for Pandya, he emphasizes that Mumbai should insist on receiving these two players in return. Ashwin also points out that if Chennai Super Kings were to secure Pandya, they would improve their squad but not become an unstoppable force, while Kolkata would become a lethal batting lineup with Hardik, posing a significant threat.
