Munich-based NavVis raises €73.7 million to build its spatial data engine and accelerate AI roadmap

NavVis, a Munich-based spatial data platform, has secured a €73.7 million ($85 million) Series D funding round to enhance its spatial data engine and advance its AI product development. US private equity firm The Jordan Company led the round, backed by Yttrium, KOZO KEIKAKU ENGINEERING, and Cipio Partners. NavVis co-founder and CEO Dr. Felix Reinshagen emphasized the company's mission to synchronize physical and digital realities for valuable assets, catering to demanding operators managing billions of square meters of critical infrastructure.

The company aims to increase scalability, intelligence, and productivity while expanding into the US market, where it has seen rapid growth. NavVis offers survey-grade mobile reality capture solutions, 3D laser scanning technology, and an enterprise spatial twin platform, enabling users to create trusted digital twins of built environments.

With over 1,500 customers spanning more than 50 countries, including major companies like BMW, Volkswagen, and ExxonMobil, NavVis has captured more than a billion square meters of industrial plants, construction sites, and buildings. This data reduces rework and downtime, supporting automation, analytics, and AI-driven decision-making at scale.
