El Gobierno de Ayuso pone a la venta el ático de Chamberí por 6,7 millones

The Ayuso government has put on the market a luxury penthouse in Chamberí for 6.7 million euros. The 485 square meter apartment on Paseo del General Martínez Campos is part of the plan to temporarily use it for offices following the construction works at Real Casa de Correos. Initially, the government purchased the property for 6.3 million euros in April, arguing for its temporary use during the works.

The current listing price, excluding taxes, is 6.69 million euros, announced by the public company's CEO, Pedro Corbalán Ruiz, and published on the contracting portal. The company is also selling four apartments on Gran Vía for a total of 11.8 million euros. The decision comes after the regional government announced plans to sell these properties to aid in the reconstruction efforts of areas affected by the West fires.
