What is a product?

A product is not merely a prototype created with artificial intelligence, despite how easy it may be to generate a convincing imitation of a real thing. While it is tempting to be impressed by the seemingly limitless capabilities of AI, one must remember that a real product requires more than just advanced technology. A real product must have real users, a real market, and solve real problems.

Many impressive AI-generated prototypes exist, but few have translated into successful products. The reason for this lack of innovation may not be a lack of intelligence or know-how, but rather the misconception that a prototype is equivalent to a product. A true product is something that is used and valued by real people, and not just a clever demonstration of what AI can do.

Until a product can demonstrate its utility and appeal to a real audience, it remains nothing more than a toy.
