Donald Trump Jr has purchased the former waterfront mansion in Florida from his ex-fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle, paying her $7.6 million to secure full ownership, according to property records. The transaction was finalized on July 25, as reported by the Palm Beach Post. The couple acquired the property for $9.7 million in 2021, shortly after moving from New York following the 2020 U.S. presidential election.

Guilfoyle, now 57, serves as the U.S. ambassador to Greece and is listed with a Delray Beach address in the property filing. The document also bears a stamp from the U.S. embassy in Athens. The buyout occurred months after Trump Jr wed Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson, with media reports indicating the couple plans to relocate to a new home in West Palm Beach.

The luxurious two-story home, situated in the exclusive Admiral's Cove gated community along the Intracoastal Waterway, spans approximately 11,270 square feet and boasts six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, an elevator, and a fireplace. Built in 1995, the mansion underwent extensive renovations prior to Trump Jr and Guilfoyle's acquisition.

Recently, the property received a contemporary makeover, featuring white interiors, neutral wood, tile flooring, and expansive waterfront views. The property also includes a private swimming pool, dock, and boat lift, making it one of the premium waterfront residences in the community.
