An upcoming leak suggests that Honor's Robot Phone will boast two 200MP cameras, a motorized gimbal, 7,060mAh battery, and 120W charging in its official release on August 12. Digital Chat Station on Weibo first reported on the device's hardware, detailing a high-end build that sets it apart in the premium smartphone market. The phone reportedly features top-tier hardware, including native Log-C3 video encoding, on-device LUT color grading, and an ARRI-inspired Cinema mode, developed in collaboration with German cinema camera manufacturer ARRI.

A custom 2.6-gram gimbal motor, 65% smaller than standard gimbal sensors yet delivering 35% higher torque density, powers the motorized camera movement. The design enables the device to perform movements like nodding, shaking, or dancing in sync with music. Honor aims to differentiate itself by combining AI-powered imaging features with specialized hardware, targeting mobile creators seeking advanced video capabilities without the need for dedicated camera equipment.
