On November 13, Ubisoft will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of its Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon franchise with a major update to Ghost Recon Wildlands. This update will bring significant visual and gameplay enhancements to the game, which is set in a Bolivia taken over by a drug cartel. Bolivia's government has filed a complaint about the game with the French government, but Ubisoft is moving ahead with the celebration.
The new standalone missions for Wildlands, titled Last Rites, involve hunting down the leader of a violent cult in Bolivia's dangerous swamps and forests. The upcoming Ghost Recon Breakpoint, however, will not receive a similar update.
