The CNBC+ Supplemental Terms govern the use of CNBC+ services, which include a license to access and use the services in accordance with these terms. CNBC+ offers live and modified live feeds of CNBC Content, as well as video on demand (VOD) extras. The terms specify that CNBC+ Content contains closed captioning, video description information, and other required data, and may use Nielsen measurement software for market research.

Users are prohibited from recording, copying, storing, rebroadcasting, retransmitting, or redistributing live or VOD Content, except for the recording services provided within CNBC+. Use of CNBC+ is limited to personal purposes only and not permitted in public viewing spaces. The terms also outline modification, suspension, and cancellation of the CNBC+ Services, including the right to provide a prorated refund in the event of discontinuation or suspension, and the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice or obligation to refund prepaid fees.
