BN dapat 8 exco Negeri Sembilan, 2 PN?

Barisan Nasional (BN) is expected to secure eight exco positions in Negeri Sembilan, along with two from Perikatan Nasional (PN). The distribution formula was confirmed by sources close to both coalitions, reflecting their cooperation in forming the next government after the PRN Negeri Sembilan election on Saturday. BN and PN won 25 out of the 36 seats in the Dewan Undangan Negeri Negeri Sembilan.

Sources deny claims by PN that they demanded several seats. Adun Palong Mustapha Nagoor and Adun Linggi Mohd Faizal Ramli are among those expected to fill exco positions for BN, both previously serving under Aminuddin Harun. Palag of Umno Negeri Sembilan Jalaluddin Alias is not included in the list. Serting Mohd Isa, an Adun from Serting and a PN candidate, is among the expected exco members.

All are set to take their oath tomorrow before Negeri Sembilan Yang Di Pertuan Besar Tuanku Muhriz Muhtamir at the Seri Menanti Palace. Among the developments, the speaker position is expected to be filled by a BN nominee, while the deputy speaker position is allocated to PN as part of the understanding between the two coalitions.

The Adun from Lenggeng, Asna Amin, is also rumored to be nominated for the speaker position due to her previous experience as deputy speaker.
