Apple Watch Ultra 4 is set to launch next month alongside iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone Ultra, and other devices. Three new features reported to be included in the Ultra 4 that have caught the author's attention include Siri AI, enhanced health features, and improved battery life.

Siri AI is a major focus of Apple's software updates, with watchOS 27 expected to bring a more powerful chip optimized for the new AI. This has the potential to transform the watchOS user experience, making it faster and more responsive. The current chip in Apple Watch models has remained unchanged since the S9 chip in 2023, so the S11 chip rumored for the Ultra 4 could make a significant difference.

Health features are at the core of the Apple Watch's value proposition, and the Ultra 4 is expected to bring significant upgrades in this area. Digitimes reported that the number of sensor components in the Ultra 4 will double, and there is a high blood pressure notification feature under FDA review, indicating at least some improvements to health-related features from last year's hypertension feature.

Battery life is another area where the Ultra 4 is likely to see improvements. While it's not confirmed, Digitimes suggests power efficiency will increase significantly.
