Portable taunts Okocha with track after rematch

Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has transformed the contentious rematch with Nollywood star Charles Okocha into a sharp diss track. The confrontation took place on the Chaos in the Ring event at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. The bout, dubbed "Unfinished Business," was a second attempt at a rematch following their initial encounter, which Portable claimed was unjustly decided in Okocha's favor.

During the chaotic fight, which saw the ring turn into a wrestling match, Portable exited the ring prematurely, leading to his disqualification. In his new song, Portable directs his ire at the officiating and the tumultuous conclusion. The lyrics include a taunt aimed at the referee for turning away mid-scuffle, a threat to engage in a local wrestling bout if provoked again, and an accusation that Okocha attempted to choke him, precipitating the brawl.

Portable asserts, 'I have nothing to hide,' dismissing criticisms from Seyi Vibez and Shallipopi. Earlier, he had disclosed that he was paid ₦50m for the one-round fight, insisting that the organizers had pledged ₦100m if he survived two rounds, describing his music career as unaffected by the setback. Other notable results from the event included knockouts by Basit Adebayo, Suleiman Jafaru, and Michael Babalola, while Michael Babalola and Shiloh Defreitas secured unanimous decisions.

The influencer bout between Idowest and Mr Real also ended in a draw. Organized by promoter Ezekiel Adamu, the event attracted significant attention, with over 2 billion video views and 4.2 billion digital impressions across its editions.
