ArmorCode targets runaway AI costs with four new remediation agents

ArmorCode, an exposure management startup, unveiled four new remediation agents and three new sources of context at Black Hat USA 2026 in Las Vegas, aimed at curbing escalating AI costs. The enhancements bolster the company’s Context Risk Graph, a data model linking security findings to assets, ownership, business context, threat intelligence, and remediation records.

By integrating network topology, patch management systems, and compensating controls, the agents determine a flaw’s reachability, patch availability, and control efficacy. This context empowers AI to prioritize and address high-impact issues economically. The four new agents focus on cloud security engineering, vulnerability research, mitigation planning, and patch sequencing, complementing existing agents.

ArmorCode asserts that by leveraging unified findings, the platform eliminates redundant AI investments. The company processes over 300 billion findings annually across 375 integrations, identifying 3% of issues responsible for 80% of actual risk. No specific launch date was disclosed for the new agents, which remained planned additions at the time of announcement.
