Juan Jesús Vivas, presidente de Ceuta: “Marruecos ha demostrado que no es fiable, hay que exigirle respeto”

Ceuta's president, Juan Jesús Vivas, expresses outrage over the lack of reliability shown by Morocco, stating that the country "has demonstrated that it is not reliable, we must demand respect from it." Speaking from his office, Vivas, who has been in power for over two decades, remains steadfast in his stance. Despite living in a city with a unique geopolitical situation and a diverse population, including both Muslims and Christians, Vivas is indignant about the recent events.

The city has been witnessing military officials giving instructions in Darija, the local dialect spoken by migrants.
