Sen. Moreno says ex-son-in-law Max Miller shouldn't serve in Congress

Emily Moreno recently sought a restraining order against Miller, claiming he threw her against a wall during a recent custody exchange, causing her daughter to sustain a clavicle fracture and a handprint-shaped bruise.

Miller has vehemently denied these allegations, insisting that they are false and that he remains the custodial parent of their child. The allegations have also been prompted by a pattern of Emily Moreno's accusations against Miller over the past year, including claims of throwing hot water at her and threatening her with a gun.

Miller's reelection campaign has been under intense scrutiny in recent weeks due to the allegations, with his spokesman releasing documents he claims will clear Miller from the accusations, stating that if they were true, Miller would be in jail.
