Sabrina Carpenter’s Breakout Album Brings Her To A Chart Milestone

Sabrina Carpenter's album, 'Short n’ Sweet,' has achieved a significant milestone in her career by reaching 100 weeks on the Billboard 200, marking her first album to spend triple-digit frames on the ranking. Currently, the album holds steady at No. 41, just a few spots shy of the top 40 in the United States. The Billboard 200 measures the popularity of albums through a combination of traditional album sales, track-equivalent albums, and streaming data.

Prior to 'Short n’ Sweet,' Carpenter's previous album, 'Man's Best Friend,' held the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 but fell short of the 100-week mark. The new project brought her to the top spot for the first time, with the album debuting there in September 2024 and staying on the chart for four consecutive weeks. In contrast, 'Man's Best Friend' helped Carpenter achieve double her number of chart-toppers on the ranking.

The follow-up to 'Short n’ Sweet,' 'Man's Best Friend,' remains on two Billboard charts – the Billboard 200 and the Top Streaming Albums chart, but drops one and four places respectively, ending at No. 43 on both. The single 'House Tour,' Carpenter's latest release, is performing well across several radio charts, including the Radio Songs and Adult Pop Airplay rankings, climbing to Nos. 32 and 35, respectively.

Since its release, 'House Tour' has spent 11 weeks on the Pop Airplay chart, its all-time peak. Additionally, the single has improved its position on the Billboard Hot 100, rising from No. 84 to No. 72. Despite this improvement, the single still falls significantly short of its peak position of No. 27.
