RTI activist seeks inquiry into how Abhijeet Dipke's father funded his US education

A Surat-based RTI activist has called for an investigation into the finances of Abhijeet Dipke's father, Bhagwanrao Dipke, a retired Maharashtra government employee. The activist, Amit Tiwari, demanded an inquiry into how Dipke's father could afford his son's education in the United States, given that Dipke reportedly received a salary of ₹60,000-65,000 as a Junior Engineer at MIDC.

Tiwari also complained to the Maharashtra Government about this potential disproportionate asset situation. Additionally, he wrote to the Election Commission of India and the Central GST regarding the legal defence fund of ₹1 crore announced by senior advocate and Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal for the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP). Tiwari questioned whether the CJP is registered with this fund under section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, and inquired about the 18% GST payment on the pledged amount if the party is not officially registered.
