Amma's Kitchen is a premium, immersive landing page designed for a fictional South Indian restaurant. This culinary homage pays tribute to the comforting dishes that evoke memories of home, from crispy masala dosas to filter coffee served in a brass tumbler. The name "Amma" derives from the Tamil word for "Mother," symbolizing the warmth and nourishment found in these traditional meals.

Key highlights of Amma's Kitchen include:

- Pure CSS artistry: The hero section showcases a full South Indian thali, featuring six bowls of sambar, rasam, poriyal, chutney, dal, curd, and rice, all meticulously rendered using gradients, box-shadows, and border-radius in pure CSS without any images.

- Five hand-crafted CSS food illustrations: The gallery section includes idli, filter coffee (tumbler and davara), dum biryani, medu vada, and payasam, each designed with meticulous attention to detail.

- A CSS-illustrated kitchen scene: This section brings to life a traditional South Indian kitchen, complete with a cooking pot, flames, steam, utensils, and a spice shelf, all crafted using CSS.

- Micro-animations: Steam rising from dishes, floating spice particles, scroll-reveal animations, parallax mouse tracking on the thali, and counter animations enhance the interactive experience.

Built using semantic HTML5, vanilla CSS (2,680 lines), and a minimal amount of vanilla JavaScript (~200 lines), Amma's Kitchen showcases the power of pure CSS artistry.
