Virat Kohli has once again captured the hearts of cricket fans, not for his batting prowess, but for a touching gesture towards his teammate KL Rahul. The moment occurred during India's second ODI against New Zealand in Wellington, where the match was delayed due to rain. Rahul was struggling to adjust his second jersey, prompting members of the Indian support staff to step in.
Kohli, coming to Rahul's rescue, helped him put on and adjust his jersey, even using scissors to fine-tune the neckline. The heartwarming display of camaraderie between the two cricketers who have shared the Indian dressing room for years quickly went viral, earning praise from fans for showcasing the special bond between them. While India went on to win the match by four runs under the DLS method, Kohli's small act of kindness stands out as a reminder of the unique friendships that exist within cricket.
