The 3 Best Movies to Watch on Prime Video This Week

As Halloween has passed, the period between Halloween and Christmas often leaves moviegoers in a bit of a limbo. However, to help you during this time, we have curated a list of three movies available on Prime Video that you might enjoy watching. Our first recommendation is the classic 2007 adaptation of "Hairspray," directed by New Line Cinema.

This musical is filled with a stellar cast, including John Travolta, Jerry Stiller, Michelle Pfeiffer, Christopher Walken, and Queen Latifah. The film's ensemble cast delivers outstanding performances, making it a truly enjoyable experience.

Next up, we have "Red, White & Royal Blue." This film follows Taylor Zakhar Perez as Alex Claremont-Diaz, the son of the president, who is determined to help his mother win re-election. To do so, he must convince Texas to vote blue – a challenge that seems impossible at first. However, as events unfold, it becomes clear that this may not be as far-fetched as it appears. This movie provides an entertaining and timely storyline that is sure to keep viewers engaged.

Finally, our third suggestion is "Queenpins," a film based on a true story. Kristen Bell and Kirby Howell-Baptiste star as Connie and Jojo, two best friends from Phoenix who have a passion for extreme couponing. When they discover that they can get free items by complaining about products to manufacturers, they come up with a cunning plan to steal and sell coupon cases. While this may not be morally right, it certainly makes for an engaging and enjoyable watch.
