Stephen Curry Makes Powerful Statement After 41-Point Outing Extends Warriors’ Winning Streak

On November 7, 2026, the Golden State Warriors secured a thrilling 126-119 overtime victory against the Orlando Magic at the Chase Center in San Francisco. Stephen Curry, the 38-year-old point guard, delivered an outstanding performance, tallying 41 points, six rebounds, and six assists, while shooting 68.4% from the field (13-of-19) and 50% from beyond the arc (5-of-10).

Following the win, NBC broadcaster asked Curry about his place in league history. Curry responded, "I told everybody, the longer you play, from the heights that you know I’ve experienced, there’s going to be a lot of history and names that you continue to climb." He expressed his gratitude for his health, the team, and the crowd, emphasizing his commitment to giving his all.

Curry noted that the team's resilience and attitude have been instrumental in their recent run of seven consecutive wins, despite a 0-3 start. He stated, "We’re a very resilient team. That matters to be a part of a good, maybe great team down the stretch of the year." Curry concluded, "If you can withstand some rough nights, whether it’s shooting the ball, turnovers, whatever, and you’re still finding a way to win, that’s kind of how tonight went. I’m proud of everything that we’re doing, and we just got to keep it going."
