Los Angeles Rams defensive end Myles Garrett returned to action for the first time since undergoing knee surgery, making an immediate impact in Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders. Garrett, who was initially expected to miss the season opener, returned ahead of schedule and exceeded expectations with three impressive sacks.
The reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year displayed his usual form throughout the game, recording a six-yard sack in the second quarter, a five-yard sack with 11 minutes left, and another five-yard sack with 2:31 remaining.
