Martina Navratilova tells Coco Gauff what she wants her to do more at the WTA Finals this year

Coco Gauff, a former WTA Finals champion, has received advice from tennis legend Martina Navratilova ahead of her opening match at this year's WTA Finals. Navratilova, who played during the era of serve-and-volleying, encourages Gauff to come to the net more. Navratilova has noted that Gauff's ability to defend well and capitalize on opponent errors near the net would be a valuable asset at Indian Wells.

Despite never winning the Indian Wells tournament, Gauff has reached the quarter-finals twice and made it to the semifinals at Wimbledon and the US Open this year.
