Minister of Works, David Umahi, has responded to socialite Cubana Chief Priest, who had previously described him as the second-worst minister from the South-East. Addressing the issue during a recent event, Umahi criticized the growing trend of individuals constantly boasting about their wealth on social media. He questioned the habit of publicly displaying money and emphasized that true wealth should be evident in one's accomplishments rather than in the flaunting of wealth.
Umahi stated that money does not require shouting to demonstrate its existence. He urged Nigerians to concentrate on their achievements and contributions to society rather than showcasing material wealth online. This response comes two weeks after Cubana Chief Priest criticized him on Instagram, alleging that Umahi was the second-worst minister from the South-East and urging President Bola Tinubu to dismiss him.
