Days before OTT release, Rajinikanth reacts to Jailer 2 box office run: ‘Is that so?’
The upcoming Tamil action comedy film Jailer 2, starring Rajinikanth, is experiencing a surge in popularity at the box office as its streaming release on Amazon Prime Video approaches. Producer and distributor G Dhananjayan disclosed to Media Circle that the actor's reaction to the film's substantial box office earnings has left everyone astonished.
When presented with a token of gratitude by Dhananjayan on behalf of the Tamil Film Active Producers Association, Rajinikanth expressed surprise and asked, "Is that so?" Despite the film's significant success, Rajinikanth remained humble and downplayed his role in the achievement, questioning why only he was being acknowledged for the film's accomplishments.
