The 3 Best Movies to Watch on Paramount+ This Week
From a '90s classic to an underseen 2026 gem The post The 3 Best Movies to Watch on Paramount+ This Week appeared first on TheWrap .
This week, Paramount+ offers three standout movies to watch. One is "Tuner," a 2026 gem that tells the story of a piano tuner with a heightened sense of hearing, who navigates the criminal underworld to help people crack safes. Starring Leo Woodall and Dustin Hoffman, this taut thriller is a hidden gem that deserves more attention.
Another excellent choice is the iconic 1990s disaster film "Twister." This movie is an action-packed, heartwarming ride with a stellar cast, including Helen Hunt, Bill Paxton, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Alan Ruck, and Cary Elwes. "Twister" is a classic disaster film that defies the odds, combining action, humor, romance, and top-tier needle drops.
Finally, "Top Gun: Maverick" rounds out the list as a must-watch sequel. Tom Cruise delivers a top-notch performance as Maverick, rejoining the film with Miles Teller as Goose's son. Directed by Joseph Kosinski, "Top Gun: Maverick" is a pulse-pounding, adrenaline-fueled white-knuckled experience that captures the essence of its iconic predecessor.
