Sarawak’s education opportunities are for all races, says PBB vice-president

Sarawak's education opportunities are open to all races, according to PBB Vice President Datuk Dr Annuar Rapaee. The Bumiputera community must not overlook the chances provided, but rather ensure their children utilize the state government's educational and development offerings. Dr. Rapaee emphasized that the focus should be on whether Bumiputera children are capitalizing on these opportunities, not on the availability of opportunities to other races.

The incumbent Nangka state assemblyman assured that every racial group will be given opportunities in Sarawak, provided they meet the necessary qualifications. During his 15 years of representing the area, Dr. Rapaee has consistently followed the principle of not sidelining any community from development, regardless of race. While acknowledging that not all public issues could be resolved throughout his tenure, he stressed that every trust placed in him would be fulfilled to the best of his abilities.
