MLA, farmers greet CM with paddy sapling portrait on birthday
Congress leader Mettu Sai Kumar presented a unique way of wishing Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on his birthday, November 8. Instead of the traditional greeting, he commissioned a portrait of the Chief Minister using paddy saplings in an agricultural field. The artwork required about 20 days to complete, with farmers meticulously planting the saplings to form the Chief Minister's likeness.
According to Mr. Sai Kumar, the innovative arrangement was a way of conveying birthday greetings to the Chief Minister while expressing the farmers' affection and gratitude towards him.
