Lions star Amon-Ra St. Brown is in trouble with the NFL
Detroit Lions player Amon-Ra St. Brown has to pay up.
Wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown of the Detroit Lions faces a fine from the NFL for an incident during a recent game. The league announced its latest round of fines and penalties for Week 8, which includes the $11,941 fine imposed on St. Brown. The punishment stemmed from taunting in the first quarter, specifically at the 11:25 mark, when St. Brown celebrated a block against the Minnesota Vikings by nodding his head at safety Josh Metellus.
While St. Brown's fines are not uncommon in the league, the funds raised from these penalties are donated to the Professional Athletes Foundation and NFL Foundation.
