Australian singer Nishka set for Nigerian debut

Australian pop singer Nishka is set to make her Nigerian debut performance at the Escape art exhibition, which features works by artist and author Fortune Ileleji and Grammy-winning musician Tejiri Sonics. The Melbourne-based singer will bring her unique blend of soulful vocals, contemporary pop, and rhythm-driven production to the Lagos audience, marking a new chapter in her musical journey.

Nishka's sound, shaped by influences ranging from soul, funk, hip-hop, and house to her Macedonian heritage, combines emotional storytelling, expressive vocals, and infectious rhythms. Her forthcoming debut single, On My Mind, is expected to introduce listeners to her distinctive musical style. The exhibition, Escape, aims to create an intersection between visual art and sound, and Nishka's performance is expected to add a musical dimension to the event, offering her a platform to connect with a new audience and expand her artistic reach.
