The Corner Store Brings Its New York Experience to the Las Vegas Strip
Catch Hospitality Group is opening a Las Vegas location of The Corner Store at the Cosmopolitan. Co-Founder and Partner Eugene Remm says the 150-seat restaurant will preserve the intimacy and authentic SoHo experience of its 75-seat New York original, rather than offer a Vegas-specific or watered-down version.
