PCB and Abu Dhabi T10 Organizers Reach Agreement Over Pakistani Players’ NOCs

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Abu Dhabi T10 League organizers have recently reached an agreement to facilitate the participation of Pakistani cricketers in the upcoming tournament. The league will provide the PCB with compensation and facilities amounting to up to $200,000 for the issuance of No-Objection Certificates (NOCs) for 16 selected Pakistani players.

The breakthrough came after the PCB discussed the matter with relevant authorities and considered the requests from franchises and players. The player draft for the tournament took place on September 30, with 16 Pakistani players selected by five of the six teams. The sudden demand for NOCs from the PCB had initially put the participation of these players in doubt, as it left franchises facing expenses or the possibility of replacing Pakistani players.

However, the agreement reached between the PCB and Abu Dhabi T10 League organizers ensures the players' inclusion in the tournament starting November 7.
