Nuclear Plant Operator Chubu Electric Ordered to Improve in Wake of Data Fraud
The Economy, Trade and Industry Ministry issued business improvement orders under the Electricity Business Law to Chubu Electric Power Co. on Friday to improve its operations following data fraud and improper practices regarding the Nos. 3 and 4 reactors at the Hamaoka nuclear power plant in Shizuoka Prefecture.
